Security

Port security is based on:

Regulation (EC) No 725/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on enhancing ship and port facility security, which transposed the ISPS Code into Community law; ;

Directive No 2005/ 65 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2005, which extended to ports – whilst adapting it – the security approach already applied to port facilities under Regulation (EC) No 725/2004; ;

The Transport Code, in particular Chapter II of Title III of Book III of its Fifth Part (legislative and regulatory provisions as last amended by Decree No. 2015-1756 of 24 December 2015 on the security of seaports); ministerial or prefectural orders supplement the framework.

In this regard, we would like to ask our valued customers to please comply with the security checks carried out at port facilities and in restricted-access areas.
