;<\/p><p>Directive No 2005\/ 65 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2005, which extended to ports \u2013 whilst adapting it \u2013 the security approach already applied to port facilities under Regulation (EC) No 725\/2004; ;<\/p><p>The Transport Code, in particular Chapter II of Title III of Book III of its Fifth Part (legislative and regulatory provisions as last amended by Decree No. 2015-1756 of 24 December 2015 on the security of seaports);
