Boarding procedure<\/b><\/span><\/p>

2 options depending on the airline you\u2019re flying with:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • CARGO Terminal, located on Boulevard Sampiero: for check-in and boarding of passengers on mixed-use cargo ships operated by Corsica Linea and La M\u00e9ridionale (DSP)<\/li><\/ul>
    • MARITIME TERMINAL, located on Quai l\u2019Herminier: for passenger boarding on ferries operated by Corsica Ferries and Moby Lines.<\/li><\/ul>

      Security: Vigipirate plan in force<\/strong><\/p>

      To access the port facilities, you must present your travel ticket and proof of identity to a security officer.<\/p>

      • If you are moving within the port area and\/or outside the port area, you must carry your ticket and ID with you.<\/li>
      • When out and about, please ensure you follow the designated coloured routes and use the pedestrian crossings.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Luggage must not be left unattended.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

        Disembarkation procedure\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

        Passengers disembark via a dedicated green pedestrian route, which is secure and must be used to reach the Ferry Terminal or the Freight Terminal.<\/p>

        A shuttle bus is available for passengers on foot outside the ships operated by the Public Service Delegation (DSP).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        How to get there:\u00a0<\/strong> Ajaccio Railway Station roundabout (city centre)<\/p>

        Check-in 2 hours before departure (*):<\/p>

        • Vehicles arriving before the permitted time will be refused entry to the Port. They must not park in front of the barrier at the Port entrance.\u00a0<\/li>
        • \u00abAccompanying\u00bb vehicles are not permitted to enter the port area. Passengers arriving on foot must be dropped off at the Ferry Terminal or the Cargo Terminal to board.\u00a0<\/li>
        • As the entrance to Ajaccio Commercial Port is located in the city centre, your arrival may be delayed by roadworks, various events or heavy traffic; to ensure a stress-free arrival, we recommend allowing extra time for your journey.<\/li><\/ul>

          (*) Exception: 2\u00bd hours in the event of a large shipment (Information provided by the shipping company)<\/em><\/p>

          Practical information regarding boarding <\/strong><\/p>

          1. Pre-check of your ticket 2 hours\u00a0<\/strong>prior to departure, carried out by an official of the EPCI de Corse, to access the port and proceed to the shipping company\u2019s control area:
            • Follow the port signs to the Shipping Company\u2019s Control Centre<\/li>
            • Do not proceed to the ship without first completing the necessary formalities with the shipping company<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
            • Checking your ticket and ID 2 hours\u00a0<\/strong>before departure, by a representative of the shipping company, directly at your vehicle<\/li>
            • Parking your vehicle in the pre-boarding area<\/li>
            • Boarding the ship<\/li><\/ol>

              Procedure\u00a0<\/strong>landing<\/b><\/p>

              Vehicles are unloaded from the ship via a specific route indicated by EPCIC port operations staff as they leave the ship.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
